Beauty Hotels - Star Beauty Resort

The hotel location is great, close to the MRT station and the Shilin Night Market, a Louisa's Coffee, Family Mart and 7 Eleven really near, many restaurants right on the street by the hotel. 2 laundromat within walking distance. The staff are wonderful and bilingual to a degree, rooms are clean and comfortable, though the beds are a little stiffer than I'd like, they were still comfortable to sleep on. The cleaning staff are on hand every day to clean and change out the linens, they are very attentive and do a great job!! Overall, for the month long stay we did at the Star Beauty Hotel, it was lovely, pleasant and a great experience. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for your trip to Taiwan.

I can highly recommend Star Beauty as a place to stay – location is great, close to transport and riverside with nice parks and plenty of food options right nearby. Staff were absolutely fantastic, helping us with so many things – I really cannot thank them enough. I stayed in three different room types and all were great, with the larger ones definitely worth the extra money. Housekeeping was a bit patchy – a few things could’ve been slightly better cleaned – but overall this was superb place to stay and I definitely would be happy to stay again. Excellent value for money.

The room is great and clean and exceeded our expectations. The place is just walking distance to Shilin Market, Family Mart, 7/11 and restaurants are just around the corner. All the front desks were very helpful specially in calling taxi for us. Check in and check out are also smooth, we would be more grateful if they allowed us to check in early, cause we arrive at around 12noon, they allowed us to leave our luggage and be back by 3pm to check in, though they allowed us by 230pm. I highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Even though the hotel does not provide a crib, it's right across the street from an excellent playground for kids. Plenty of restaurants (breakfast, lunch AND dinner) and a Family Mart within walking distance. It's also a 10 minute walk from the Shilin Night Market. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic. And the mattresses were actually the most comfortable on our trip. There is parking available, but it's limited. You give the car keys to the front desk and they give you a card that you will return to them when you need the car back. They park the car for you on the side of the hotel.

Relatively close to the metro station; hotel was visible from the metro station due to the large sign on the side of the building. Rooms were larger than most in Taipei and the bathroom was properly separated.
